This certificate warrants to the original purchaser that the
BioNase™ is free from any defects in material or workmanship and
functions properly under normal use (in accordance with instructions)
and through the steady supply of electricity.
This warranty is limited for a period of one year from purchase dare,
in which repairs or exchange of parts according to what the company
deems necessary will be made free of charge in the event of a defect
under normal operational use and a steady supply of electricity.
This warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:
a. The unit was serviced or misused
(not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions).
b. A change or repair was made by anyone other than an
authorized company serviceman.
c. Failure resulting from accident or neglect.
d. Damage caused by an unsteady supply of electricity
